My circadian rhythm has reversed temporarily. For those who don't know what I mean, I am unfortunately becoming slightly nocturnal. I wouldn't mind it very much (I like the night, since I can OPEN MY EYES), but I am very social and I tend to be awake when other people are sleepy or sleeping.
Just thought I'd mention it.

Alteration of the sleep cycle is easy enough to correct by depriving oneself of sleep.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to sound like my little little sister, but "that takes a long time!" And I always go back to a regular sleep cycle after a few days naturally.
ReplyDeleteTwo days tops... but you've to make sure that the "crash line" is at a normally acceptable time to sleep or the deprivation is moot.
ReplyDeleteThere's no sleep deprevation...and it's never two days...because being in bed does not necessarily mean sleeping...my mind keeps me awake until it gets less active...at around 8
ReplyDeleteBut I'm already starting to go back to normal...fell asleep at about 3 last night.
(said after 3 this morning ^_^)
The over active mind can easily be silenced with music... unless you can't sleep with noise around you.... then your kinda pucked and I don't know who to "fix" the problem any.
